Many of the attendees at my seminars are interested in my diet – what I eat from day to day.

That’s not hard to provide since I use software and track every bite I eat every day and have from the day I started the journey to fitness. Here you will find my diet for the week, posted every Sunday, including each meal, food, as well as the calories, protein, carbs, and fat of each and the total for each day.
