I use a simple 3-on, 1-off, 2-on, 1-off routine – one body part per session. Each week I will post my sessions from the preceding week – exercises and number of sets of each. Bottom line? I get 20-28 sets per body part. Yeah, I know it is a lot but it works and I get it done in less than an hour.
